Although we work out of a fitness centre (Re-Creation Health Club in Glen Iris AND Re-Creation Health Club in Armadale, Melbourne) we generally don’t use fancy gym equipment. We use mobile and portable equipment that can be used anywhere. This means we can also come to your house, or a park near your house, and give you the exact same workout we would give you in a gym environment.
